Hi, I'm Whitney
My name is Whitney Moore. I’m a Californian now, but I was raised in Alaska. I married a native Californian, and I’m excited to call this wonderful diverse state home with our adorable happy kids in tow. I do miss the snow at Christmas and the northern lights, but I wouldn’t trade life here with my family for anything.
I started admin assisting in high school, and quickly discovered that I love this line of work which lead me to get my Business Management and Administration degree in college. After college, I became a business manager in Alaska, but on a -50F day with snow to my waist I decided it was time for me to move out of Alaska and back to California where I had gone to school. Once I moved to California, I became an Executive Assistant at a local University.
I loved my years working for the University before I transferred to a smaller non-profit and continued as an Executive Assistant, until our family moved to pursue ministry opportunities in a new location (my husband is a pastor, among other things).
While at the non-profit, I started my virtual assisting business working with a friend who had an online business. Word of my new venture spread, and before I knew it, I was managing multiple clients which eventually engendered the desire to leave my Executive Assisting position and pursue Virtual Assisting full-time.
I love the freedom of working with clients who I believe in! I love seeing their businesses thrive, and the best part is knowing that these clients get to enjoy their work without worrying about details because I love handling those!
